In the past, Mr. Boyd served as Vice Chairman of the American Gaming Association, Director of Nevada Community Bank, and Director of Nevada State Bank. He was also Secretary, Treasurer & Director at Union Plaza Hotel and Plaza Hotel & Casino LLC. Furthermore, he held positions as Director of the Downtown Progress Association, President of the Nevada Resort Association, President of the International Center for Responsible Gaming, and President of the Better Business Bureau of Southern Nevada. Mr. Boyd obtained a graduate degree from the University of Utah and an undergraduate degree from The University of Nevada, Reno. Mr. Boyd is also the founder of Bank of Nevada, Boyd William S School of Law. |
