Scott William Hart Mr. Hart is the CEO of StepStone Group. He also leads StepStone’s global private equity activities, focusing on co-investments. Mr. Hart is also involved in the Firm’s diversity and inclusion initiative and is a member of the board of directors. Prior to joining StepStone in 2007, Mr. Hart worked at TPG Capital, a leading global private equity firm, where he focused on the energy, consumer, and retail sectors. Before that he worked at Morgan Stanley in the consumer and retail group within the investment banking division. Mr. Hart graduated summa cum laude with a BBA from the University of Notre Dame.
Anthony Keathley Anthony Keathley is currently working as the Chief Accounting Officer & MD-Financial Reporting at StepStone Group, Inc. He started this position in 2018. Prior to his current job, he obtained an undergraduate degree from Oral Roberts University.

He is also involved in the Firm’s ESG and diversity initiatives, as well as various investment activities, and is a member of the board of directors. Prior to co-founding StepStone, Mr. Fernandez was a managing director of Pacific Corporate Group, a private equity investment firm for institutional investors. Mr. Fernandez previously worked with Latham and Watkins LLP’s private equity/investment fund group, a practice focused on joint ventures and the structuring, negotiation and operation of pooled investment vehicles such as private equity funds. Mr. Fernandez received his BA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and JD from Stanford Law School.
Christopher Ancona Christopher Ancona currently works at StepStone Private Markets (Unitesd States), as Chief Compliance Officer from 2022, StepStone Group, Inc., as Co-Chief Compliance Officer from 2021, StepStone Private Venture & Growth Fund, as Chief Compliance Officer, and Stepstone Private Infrastructure Fund, as Chief Compliance Officer.
Monte M. Brem Mr. Brem is the Executive Chairman of StepStone Group. He is also involved in various management activities and is a member of the board of directors. Prior to co-founding StepStone, Mr. Brem was the president of Pacific Corporate Group, a private equity investment firm that oversaw over US$15 billion of private equity commitments for institutional investors. Mr. Brem also practiced corporate law with Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where he focused on complex corporate transactions and corporate governance matters. Mr. Brem received his JD and MBA from the University of San Diego, where he was Valedictorian of the Law School.
Jason P. Ment Jason P. Ment is currently the President & Co-Chief Operating Officer at StepStone Group, Inc. He previously worked as the General Counsel at Metalmark Capital LLC and as an Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP and McDermott Will & Emery LLP. He also served as the General Counsel at Citigroup Private Equity LP. Mr. Ment completed his undergraduate degree at Cornell University and his graduate degree at New York University School of Law.
