Robert Edward Diamond Robert Edward Diamond is the founder of Atlas Mara Ltd., which was founded in 2013. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer & Director at Reverent Capital Holdings LLC. Additionally, he holds various current positions including Chairman at Concord Acquisition Corp. II, Chairman at AGBA Group Holding Ltd., and Director at multiple companies such as South Street Securities LLC, Incapture Technologies LLC, and Incapture LP. Jeffrey M. Tuder Mr. Tuder is an Operating Partner of Atlas and is based in New York. Mr. Tuder currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Concord Acquisition vehicles, a series of special purpose acquisition companies sponsored by an affiliate of Atlas. He has more than 25 years of private and public investment experience across a number of industries. In addition to his role with Atlas, Mr. Tuder founded and runs Tremson Capital Management which opportunistically invests in public equities as well as private equity and special situations credit. Prior to founding Tremson, Mr. Tuder held various investment positions at Fortress Investment Group; JHL Capital Group, a multi-strategy hedge fund; KSA Capital Management, a deep value long/short equity fund; CapitalSource Finance, where he was head of its special opportunity credit portfolio; and Nassau Capital, which managed the private portion of Princeton University’s endowment. Mr Tuder began his career at ABS Capital Partners, a private equity firm affiliated with Alex. Brown & Sons. Mr. Tuder has served on a number of public and private company boards and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Inseego Corporation (NASDAQ: INSG) and Unico American (NASDAQ: UNAM). Mr. Tuder received a B.A. in English Literature from Yale College.
Michele Cito Ms. Cito is Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer, having joined in June 2014, and is based in New York. Ms. Cito joined Atlas as Controller and later served as Vice President of Finance and Operations prior to becoming Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Ms. Cito worked as an Auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP in financial services, having joined Deloitte in September 2013. Prior to Deloitte, Ms. Cito worked as an Intern at J.C. Flowers from 2010 to 2013. At J.C. Flowers, Ms. Cito reported directly to the CFO, the Director of Finance and to the Financial Controllers. A native of West Orange, New Jersey, Ms. Cito is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Accounting, summa cum laude, and an MBA from Pace University.
Peter Ort Pete is a General Partner at Cambium Capital, a venture capital firm focused on early stage investments in advanced computing companies such as IonQ, Groq, and SeeQC. He is a member of the board or advisory board of Concord Acquisition Corp (NYSE: CND), MapText, Smartleaf, Ample, Redrock Biometrics, and Princeton NuEnergy. Pete is a co-founder of CurAlea Associates, an award-winning firm providing risk software and advisory solutions to hedge funds. Pete is also a Venture Partner at Nor’easter Ventures and an Operating Advisor at Long Arc Capital. Pete was previously a Managing Director at Karsch Capital, and was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where he was co-head of the Hedge Fund Strategies Group and worked in the firm’s Private Equity Group and Financial Institutions Group in New York and Tokyo. Pete graduated from Duke University, obtained J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from New York University, and is a member of the New York and New Jersey State Bars. He was a Fulbright Scholar in Japan, and is Treasurer of the Fulbright Association’s New Jersey Chapter.
Lawrence Edward Leibowitz Lawrence Edward Leibowitz currently works at Incapture Technologies LLC, as Chief Executive Officer & Director from 2014, Entrypoint Capital LLC, as Chief Executive Officer from 2020, Xpansiv Data Systems, Inc., as Vice Chairman, and various other companies.
