Oliver Zipse Oliver Zipse is currently the Chief Executive Officer of BMW Automotive Finance (China) Co., Ltd. He is also the Chairman-Management Board of Bayerische Motoren Werke AG since 2019. Previously, he served as the Chairman of BMW Motoren GmbH and BMW (South Africa). Pty Ltd. Mr. Zipse completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Utah in 1985. He then went on to earn an undergraduate degree from Technische Universität Darmstadt in 1991. In 1999, he obtained an MBA from WHU-Otto Beisheim School of Management.
Nicolas Peter Nicolas Peter currently works at BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt, as Chairman from 2020 and Bayerische Motoren Werke AG, as Chairman-Supervisory Board from 2025. Dr. Peter also formerly worked at BMW Brilliance Automotive Ltd., as Deputy Chairman, BMW France SA, as Managing Director-Finance & Administration from 1999 to 2002, Ginion Overijse SA, as Director from 2017 to 2023, Forvia SE, as Director, BMW Coordination Center VOF, as Treasurer from 1993 to 1996, Bayerische Motoren Werke AG, as Chief Financial Officer from 2017 to 2023, and KION GROUP AG, as Member-Supervisory Board from 2023 to 2025. Dr. Peter received his doctorate degree in 1989 from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and graduate degree in 1988 from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
Ritu Chandy Ritu Chandy is currently the Chief Executive Officer-Asia Pacific at Bayerische Motoren Werke AG since 2001. She is also a Director at BMW Credit (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. Ms. Chandy was previously the CEO at Antler Innovation Pte Ltd. She completed her undergraduate degree from Monash University.
Walter Mertl Walter Mertl is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at Bayerische Motoren Werke AG since 2023. He completed his undergraduate degree from Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften Augsburg in 1998.
